Job Description & Summary

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics ERP Tester (Manager) to lead quality assurance efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. You will oversee testing strategies, manage teams, and ensure seamless delivery of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing for MS Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, Supply chain)
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.
• Mentor and guide junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in MS Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Strong background in FICO Modules [AR, AP, GL, etc..] & Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
