This is an exciting FIFO opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and being at the centre of day-to-day project coordination. In this varied role, you will be responsible for coordinating the travel, accommodation, and mobilisation requirements, while also supporting community engagement, reporting, subcontractor coordination, document control, and broader site administration. Key responsibilities
- Undertake roster, travel, accommodation, village, and mobilisation activities in accordance with approved project processes, procedures, and requirements.

- Provide general administrative support, including document control, assisting with bookings, and other site-based events as required.
How you’ll connect to the role?
- Previous experience in FIFO travel coordination, travel booking, remote camp administration, project administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- A flexible, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
