The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00Team Members in the Target General Merch Inc operating company are prohibited from working more than thirty (30) days per calendar year in any of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, IN, IA, LA, MD, MS, MO, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN and VA. If hired, you will be prohibited from working remotely from any of the states listed above for more than thirty (30) days per calendar year.

As a Manager, Global Supply Planning Operations, you will lead cross-functional projects
and initiatives that advance GSP’s strategic and operational priorities. You will be
responsible for translating business objectives into structured project plans, mobilizing
cross-functional teams, driving execution, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring
initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
You will serve as a project leader and integrator, bringing together partners across Global
Supply Planning, Planning & Inventory Management, Sourcing, Technology, and other
teams to solve complex operational challenges. You will establish clear scope, milestones,

The role combines project leadership with process improvement and analytical

of scalable processes, operating routines, SOPs, playbooks, and governance mechanisms

Change & Implementation: Partner with stakeholders to move solutions from design into
execution. Develop implementation approaches, readiness plans, communications,
documentation, and adoption mechanisms to ensure changes are successfully embedded
into day-to-day operations.
Problem Solving & Decision Support: Structure ambiguous business problems, identify
root causes, evaluate alternatives, and facilitate decisions. Bring together business
context, stakeholder perspectives, and quantitative insights to develop practical
recommendations.
Data & Analytics: Use data and analytics to inform project priorities, evaluate
opportunities, establish baselines, and measure business outcomes. Partner with
analytics and technology teams to define reporting and measurement requirements and
