HIGHLIGHTS

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible radiation oncologist to join our growing team in Pensacola, Florida. This opportunity has been created due to continued growth in patient volumes and will complement our established radiation oncology program, working alongside our experienced Radiation Oncologist. The practice is part of a comprehensive, multi-specialty cancer care network that includes medical oncology, urology, breast health services, and access to all major imaging modalities, providing a strong and established referral base. The position offers the ability to treat a broad spectrum of disease sites, including a significant volume of prostate cancer patients, while utilizing modern technology and evidence-based standards of care in a collaborative environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • State-of-the-art radiation oncology technology featuring a full Varian platform with two linear accelerators, enabling advanced, precision-focused patient care.

  • ARIA and Eclipse software

  • Collaborative support staff including medical physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, registered nurses, and clerical support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full unrestricted Florida MD/DO License

  • BC/BE in radiation oncology

  • Extensive knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and techniques

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience as a practicing radiation oncologist is required
