Pay Range:
$54.90 - $82.35Supports more complex integration teams by shaping integration plans and driving both financial and non-financial value creation. Acts as a thought-partner to business owners, providing expertise throughout the integration lifecycle. Supports integration readiness with a focus on continuous improvement while adapting to the distinct requirements of each transaction.
Major Responsibilities:
Partners with integration leadership to develop and support complex integration plans throughout the integration lifecycle. Oversees the ongoing management and maintenance of these plans, ensuring plan data accuracy timely updates. Drives execution with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Collaborates with executive leaders in the development and realization of financial and non-financial value creation opportunities. Captures key value metrics and performance data within the integration software, enabling robust integration performance reporting.
Builds and sustains strong, collaborative relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the integration lifecycle. Acts as a trusted partner to leadership, proactively managing expectations, facilitating effective communication, and promoting a culture of transparency and engagement.
Monitors the overall health of integration plans, proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving risks and issues as they arise. Effectively manages the mitigation of risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact to integration objectives.
Serves as a subject matter expert and internal coach in the department on integration lifecycle methodologies, tools, processes, and software - enabling knowledge transfer and building organizational capability.
Independently manages and executes high-touch initiatives and special projects, demonstrating agility, ownership and accountability.
Leads interdepartmental initiatives, in collaboration with integration leadership, informed by lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts. Proactively identifies opportunities for process and operational enhancements and collaborates effectively with peers and leaders to gather input and champion change across the department.
Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that people actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations, and laws applicable to the organization's business.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience:
Typically requires 5 years of experience in program management, integration management, strategy, operational or management consulting.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge in integration methodologies, full cycle project/program management frameworks, and analytical tools.
Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with political acumen.
High emotional intelligence with deep understanding of cultural nuances that may impact integration efforts, adept at handling sensitive situations with discretion.
Skills in prioritizing programs and initiatives based on changing needs, strategic direction, resource capacity, and risk exposure.
Demonstrates an ongoing ability to manage a high number of high priority work streams concurrently.
Track record of building trusted partnerships and fostering strategic alignment with individuals and cross-functional teams at all levels or leadership, including executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills with evidence of being a strong team player.
Capable of identifying issues and escalating risks and issues appropriately, assessing alternative solutions and engaging leadership in collaborative problem-solving and mitigation strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create impactful documentation, analysis, and presentations.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
This position may require travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Exposed to a normal office environment.
Preferred Job Requirements
Proficiency in project or program management tools
Financial acumen, having the ability to quantify cost savings or cost increases associated with plans.
Preferred Education
Master’s Degree preferred in Business, Health Administration or Finance preferred.
