About the Role
Responsible for developing and maintaining master production schedules based on customer demand and targeted inventory levels.
What You Will Do
Develop weekly schedule of plant production. Schedule to minimize cost of on-hand inventory, line changeover and overtime while ensuring on time customer delivery.
Improve scheduling processes through:
Root cause analysis of major variance initial schedule
Effective communication of issues and changes
Drive implementation of countermeasures and improvement activities
Communicate supply problems with materials team and department managers. Provides options to resolve supply problems.
Evaluate, analyze and communicate the impact of changes in customer demand, demand analysis.
Check with production department for long term balance production plan , headcount analysis.
Analyze and communicate trends in customer demand compared to plant capacity.
Mange FG and WI inventory on reasonable level.
Achieve on time delivery and have an optimal WIP level
Good visibility of production status and material status: Predict and highlight the production bottleneck or material shortage risk in the near future. Co-work closely with the related function teams, manufacturing, and engineering, supply chain to remove obstacles and prevent tragedies.
Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements by integrating customer quality standards into daily operations to consistently meet and support customer objectives.
Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements by implementing and adhering to established policies, procedures, and objectives to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor degree.
About 3~5 years experience in production and material planning, in electrical industry is plus
Familiar with production scheduling methods, ERP operation, MRP flow and MRP processing logistic
High level of data analysis and skilled operation on MS Office tools, Excel required.
command in English is perfected, both writing and speaking
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive with cross-functional initiatives
Team-work, detail-oriented, proactive and responsible attitude is required

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines
