Factory Location: Stanwood, MI
Compensation: $28.69/hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: B shift 6:00am to 6:00pm, rotating 2,2,3
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Utility is responsible for supporting the warehouse systems to ensure products are available and loaded in a timely manner. This person's core responsibilities will be direct support for the various warehouse functions, as well as team coverage support, including the following: training for Loaders on Mole Rack usage, EWM issue resolution, management of all sample donations, damaged goods control, finished goods inbound loads, destruction, return products and maintaining all control bins in accordance with Ice Mountain standards. Provide support to warehouse personnel as well as work closely with Raw Material Techs, Planning, Dock Office Team, and Loaders to help ensure we meet all warehouse KPI’s. They work with shift resources ensuring the strategic completion of all inbound and outbounds loads.
*This position will load/unload trucks as needed or when not performing other duties listed.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with
customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding
customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
