Purpose
Support initiatives aimed at preventing fastening-related defects by improving screw management systems, strengthening customer protection mechanisms and increasing process reliability across production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse fastening-related quality issues and process failures.
- Investigate internal rejects, customer complaints and quality risks.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Participate in the design and validation of Poka-Yoke solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve fastening system robustness.
- Support standardization of best practices across production lines.
- Monitor quality indicators and improvement plans.
- Prepare project conclusions and recommendations.
Profile
- Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics.
- Interest in quality, manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
