Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and professional Small Commercial Sales Representative to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing internal referrals, guiding clients through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless transition to Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in small business insurance, a strong understanding of E&S markets, and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $52,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Handle internal referrals and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process.
• Quote and present insurance solutions tailored to small business clients (accounts up to $40,000 in premium).
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of accounts post-sale.
• Utilize AMS 360 software to manage client information and sales processes.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold accountability in all client and team interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in small business insurance.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with E&S markets is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
• Soft Skills:
  • Professional and polished communication skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
