Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for full-time outpatient primary care opportunities across multiple locations in Maine. This position provides comprehensive primary care with dedicated administrative time, physician collaboration, and autonomy in day-to-day clinical practice.

COMPENSATION
• $110,000–$135,000 annual base salary based on experience
• Fiscal-year productivity bonus
• NHSC student loan repayment eligibility
• Relocation assistance

SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 4x10 schedule may also be accommodated
• 36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours
• 1:12 phone-only call shared with a physician

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care.
• Deliver comprehensive care to patients within a community-based outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team.
• Maintain dedicated administrative time as part of the weekly schedule.
• Practice with day-to-day clinical autonomy while supporting team-based care.
• Utilize Athena EMR.

Requirements

Requirements
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of Family Nurse Practitioner experience REQUIRED
• Active Maine Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain one REQUIRED
• DEA registration REQUIRED
• Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care REQUIRED
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based care environment REQUIRED
