Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

This position will be directing, overseeing and supporting project execution; including managing site team(s) for completion of construction activities in accordance with project objectives, priorities, and contracts. Position requires travel depending on business needs and projects.
Responsibilities
Promote safety awareness and safe practices among all site team members, including consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Contribute construction execution expertise to early-stage key project deliverables.
Act as the primary Air Liquide site contact for contractor management.
Manage cross-functional coordination between contractors and internal project teams (e.g., engineering, commissioning, and operations) to address construction matters.
Oversee the development and review of detailed execution plans with contractors, ensuring effective preparation and execution of job cards and work packages.
Monitor and evaluate contractor performance regarding safety, quality, budget, and schedule, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Provide expert input into core project activities, including construction execution plans, constructability reviews, contracting strategies, cost estimation, and resource planning.
Keep Capital Project Managers updated on progress, risks, and upcoming milestones while proactively formulating mitigation strategies.
Oversee contract administration and provide interpretations of contractual requirements.
Evaluate change requests and assessments following the established management of change process.
Support contractors and subcontractors in meeting project standards and contractual obligations.
Verify site physical progress to validate and approve contractor invoices.
Ensure contractors establish and maintain structured interface management protocols.
Facilitate lessons-learned sessions and assemble final close-out documentation upon site completion.
Report status updates, performance metrics, and key issues to the Global Manager of Capital Projects Management.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications
BS in Construction Management related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ construction site experience
Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics, PIDs, and construction drawings.
Proficient in value engineering and constructability review..
Fluent in the use of Google Suite
Proficient in cost estimating techniques and understanding of estimate accuracy at various project stages.
Knowledge of building codes, consensus engineering standards and applicable regulations (ASME, API, CGA, NFPA, OSHA).
Effective verbal and written communication, with good mediation skills. Must be collaborative and comfortable working in a team environment.
Attention to detail; precision and accuracy are important.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of high purity gas installation techniques, and practices.
Experience in the industrial gas industry
Experience in the semiconductor industry
