Interior/Exterior Finish Carpenter – High-End Residential Project

Skilled Trades Partners is looking for experienced Interior/Exterior Finish Carpenters to join our trusted customer's team for a high-end residential project in Dover, NH.

Job Duties

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior finish carpentry on a high-end residential project
• Install interior trim, baseboard, casing, crown molding, doors, and other architectural details
• Install exterior trim, siding, soffits, fascia, and other finish materials
• Install custom millwork and architectural components
• Perform detailed punch-list and finish work
• Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Perform precise layout and finish work
• Make adjustments and corrections to ensure a quality finished product
• Work alongside the superintendent, project managers, and other trades
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures
• Take pride in delivering a professional, high-quality finished product

Requirements

• Previous experience as a finish carpenter
• Experience with both interior and exterior carpentry preferred
• High-end residential construction experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and materials
• Ability to read plans and perform accurate measurements and layout
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus — free OSHA and safety training available
