- Support better conversion by sharing clear reporting and practical recommendations.
- Help sales teams with useful insight that supports follow-up and planning.
- Keep marketing materials accurate, current, and ready to use.
- Support events and printed materials so campaigns run smoothly.
- Help protect quality by proofreading content and checking details carefully.
- Support a positive customer experience by monitoring Trustpilot reviews and the marketing inbox.

About you
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using a customer relationship management system.
- An understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Care and accuracy when reviewing content and reports.
- The ability to work well on your own and with others.
- Experience in financial services, which would be helpful but is not essential.
