Global Payments is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale our partner marketing capability across Asia Pacific. This role is a critical growth position responsible for building a partner-led go-to-market engine that does not currently exist in a structured form across the region.
The role will act as the primary marketing lead for the BPI x Global Payments Joint Venture in the Philippines, driving banker engagement, partner demand generation, sales enablement, and co-marketing programs. Beyond the Philippines, this role will establish a repeatable partner marketing framework that can be leveraged across future banking, channel, and strategic partnerships throughout Asia.
This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility across executive leadership, sales, product, marketing, and partner organizations.
What you’ll own
Lead the marketing partnership with BPI, serving as the primary liaison and driving joint marketing strategies to support business growth and merchant acquisition.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, events, webinars, communications, and sales enablement initiatives in collaboration with BPI stakeholders.
Build banker engagement, training, and referral programs to increase awareness, sales effectiveness, and merchant acquisition opportunities.
Establish and scale a regional partner marketing framework across Asia, including playbooks, governance, measurement models, and best practices.
Support and grow strategic partnerships (banks, wallets, digital platforms, and referral partners) by driving co-marketing programs, pipeline generation, customer engagement, and performance reporting.
What you’ll bring
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or growth marketing.
Proven experience developing and executing co-marketing and partner-led go-to-market programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations.
Experience creating sales enablement programs, partner communications, and demand generation campaigns.
Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
