Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CT Licensed Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in or around Ledyard, CT. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $46/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend metal and plastic piping
- Install and assemble piping systems using soldered, brazed, glued, threaded, or welded connections
- Secure piping systems using brackets, clamps, and supports
- Perform plumbing installations as part of a hotel renovation project
- Conduct pressure and leak testing to ensure system safety and functionality
- Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards
Requirements:
- Valid Connecticut P2 Plumbing License required
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Experience measuring, cutting, threading, and installing piping systems
- Ability to perform pressure and leak testing
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have plumbing tools of the trade
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
