Identify and prioritize share-growth opportunities by analyzing business performance, consumer and customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity, recommending where and how the organization can win.
Build data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations that improve decision-making, accelerate growth initiatives, and optimize resource allocation across brands, markets, and channels.
Evaluate and enhance route-to-market strategies, account segmentation, resource deployment, and distributor effectiveness to improve execution quality and return on investment.
Partner with field and business leaders to adapt national strategies to local market opportunities while maintaining alignment with broader business objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making by leading working sessions, aligning stakeholders around key priorities, and driving commitments that translate into measurable outcomes.
Establish scalable frameworks, performance measures, and governance processes that track progress, identify risks early, and enable rapid course correction when needed.
