- Support the Program Manager in overall program management and workforce execution, including staffing, personnel integration, transition activities, performance management, customer engagement, monthly reporting, and coordination of resources across multiple Value Streams.
- Develop, track, and communicate program performance, including QASP metrics, staffing and capacity measures, risks, accomplishments, schedule and delivery performance, and mission outcomes; provide actionable recommendations to Government and AnaVation leadership.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across the mission, working directly with Government leadership, Product Owners, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and mission partners while mentoring team members and reinforcing accountability, collaboration, and continuous process and performance improvement.
