If your answer is “yes,” you should join T-Mobile’s All-Star Legal Team!This hands-on role will lead a team of control testers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our enterprise compliance controls. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in building and managing robust testing and monitoring programs within a complex organizational structure. As a key leader on the enterprise compliance team, you will collaborate with internal lawyers and operational partners across the business to create and maintain robust compliance practices around controls. You will be a passionate and experienced leader with comprehensive understanding of GRC frameworks and corporate compliance programs.
What you’ll do in your role.
- Manage and develop a dedicated team of compliance testers.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to business owners and legal SMEs on the development of effective compliance controls.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to understand implications of non-compliance and develop robust remediation strategies.
- Drives AI- data- and technology-enabled maturity of the compliance program – advancing predictive compliance analytics, dashboards, and monitoring so the function becomes increasingly predictive rather than reactive over time
- Review and approve final reports documenting testing findings, recommendations, and management responses. Present findings to senior management and governance committees.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments, DOJ guidance, industry trends, and emerging risks to ensure the compliance controls testing program remains relevant and effective.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness of compliance risks, sharing lessons learned, and driving enhancements to all components of the enterprise compliance program framework.
- Drive a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization by promoting awareness and accountability.
The experience you’ll bring.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
- Experience working with or building corporate compliance programs.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and deriving insights from testing and monitoring activities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective compliance controls.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and ability to apply complex regulations to operational environments.
- Experience collaborating with attorneys and business leaders to drive compliance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, LPEC, CICA) preferred.
- 7-10 years auditing, corporate compliance, SOX, technical or IT controls testing or other relevant experience.
- 2+ years managing teams.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $141,360 - $255,000National Base Pay Range: $117,800 - $212,500
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
