We’re hiring an Intern – a paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in senior living with a focus on [memory care, hospice, or operations]. This role blends real-world exposure, and mentorship to learn about daily operations, work alongside team members, and develop valuable career skills. This internship may also support academic requirements and school credit, subject to approval by the participant’s educational institution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects

Support various departments as needed

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Learn about business operations and organizational processes

Complete administrative and project-based assignments

Collaborate with team members and leadership
Flexible Schedule:

Work schedule and hours will be determined upon hire based on business needs, program requirements, and the intern’s availability.
- Pay Rate: $25/hour
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with associates and leadership
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working in an environment with pets
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare setting
