Objetivo del puesto:

Proporcionar servicio al área productiva mediante la fabricación y maquinado de piezas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas, estándares de calidad y tiempos de entrega requeridos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Operar maquinaria convencional como fresadora, torno y rectificadora.
  • Fabricar piezas de acuerdo con órdenes de trabajo e instrucciones técnicas.
  • Interpretar planos y dibujos de fabricación.
  • Cumplir con los estándares de calidad y tiempos establecidos.
  • Brindar soporte a cambios de ingeniería y arranques de nuevos proyectos.
  • Realizar el cuidado y mantenimiento básico de herramientas y equipos asignados.
  • Operar equipos de carga y transportación cuando sea requerido.
  • Ejecución de ajustes de maquinado y pruebas necesarias para garantizar la funcionalidad de las piezas.
  • Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora continua, seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.

Conocimientos requeridos

  • Manejo de equipos de medición.
  • Interpretación de planos mecánicos.
  • Programación CNC (nivel básico a intermedio).
  • Dibujo técnico.
  • Velocidades de corte y procesos de maquinado.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad industrial y calidad en manufactura.

Experiencia requerida

  • De 3 a 6 años de experiencia en maquinado de piezas, operación de fresadora, torno, rectificadora o maquinaria similar.

Escolaridad

  • Carrera Técnica en Maquinaria y Herramientas o carrera técnica afín.
