What will you do?

  • Define parameters under which the submitting group would be required to respond to subsequent business line inquiries or where the Director, AML Client Exit would take over communications.
  • Upon review of recommendations, work with Business lines (where appropriate) on:
    • Communicating FCs concerns (while safeguarding sensitive details) in a manner that could be understood by the Business Unit(s).
    • Assisting in a potential line of questioning to the client to enhance RBCs knowledge of the client(s).
