• You are naturally at ease in a refined boutique environment, engaging with a diverse clientele during their boutique visits and high-profile events, both international and local, with discernment and warmth.

• You are seeking a collaborative and benevolent team environment where a shared passion for exceptional client care contributes to a truly harmonious atmosphere.

• You hold a university degree and speak fluent Swiss German, German, and English, and proficiency in a fourth language will be a strong advantage.

• You possess proven experience within luxury jewellery or watches Maisons, demonstrating an innate understanding of sophisticated service and elegance.

• A genuine appreciation for the world of high jewellery, luxury goods, and the unique savoir-faire that defines Van Cleef & Arpels.

• Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the Maison's heritage and creations with elegance and conviction, allowing you to create a long lasting relationship with the clients.

• A natural ability to anticipate and exceed the expectations of a sophisticated clientele, delivering an unparalleled client experience.

• Proficient in using IT tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.

As a Sales Associate in our boutique, you are the voice of Van Cleef & Arpels for our clients, and you build and maintain strong relationships with them.

• You are an ambassador of the Maison, promoting its image both internally and externally.

• You demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and actively participate in the recruitment and development of new clients.

• You aim to offer a unique experience to our loyal clients.

• You convey the refinement, elegance, and innovation that inspire the Maison's creations.

• You leverage your passion for history and art, complemented by a breadth of general knowledge, to cultivate exceptional bonds with our most discerning clientele
