About the Role
As a Workplace Assistant, you will support the delivery of workplace and facilities services across the site, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. You will coordinate workplace activities, assist with events, manage service requests, and provide administrative and operational support to the broader facilities team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional front-of-house and workplace support services.
Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace facilities, and event requirements.
Assist with planned maintenance activities and service delivery.
Support senior management with workplace-related requests.
Manage courier, mail, and document distribution services.
Coordinate subcontractors and service providers onsite.
Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Respond to workplace requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate workplace records and administrative documentation.
Build positive relationships with employees, visitors, contractors, and clients.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in workplace services, facilities coordination, hospitality, customer service, reception, or office support.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong customer service mindset with a professional and approachable manner.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers is highly regarded.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is advantageous.
