We are looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice to maintain our fleet and service specialized field equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our fleet of 20 trucks and transport equipment.

• Service and repair specialized field equipment, including power tongs (full in-house training provided).

• Assist with our digital preventative maintenance system. You’ll play a key role in identifying workflow gaps, fixing system oversights, and keeping service records accurate.

• Please note our shop setup is non-traditional and operates without vehicle hoists/lifts. Work under trucks is performed using creepers.

What We Are Looking For

• Certified Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic OR Registered 3rd or 4th Year Heavy Duty Apprentice.

• Experience with heavy truck mechanical systems and preventative maintenance routines.

• Practical eye for finding oversights or gaps in digital maintenance tracking.

• Comfortable working on creepers under trucks.

• Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn specialized equipment (power tongs).

• Must live in or be willing to commute daily to Bonnyville, AB.
