About the Role
The Clinical Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with
referring providers, community organizations, and healthcare partners to promote clinical
services and enhance patient access. This role supports strategic outreach initiatives, coordinates
events and educational programs, and serves as a liaison between the organization and external
stakeholders. The coordinator plays a key role in increasing awareness, driving referrals, and
supporting the organization’s growth and visibility.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring providers, community partners, and healthcare organizations.
- Coordinate outreach activities, including provider visits, community events, and educational seminars.
- Promote clinical services and programs to increase patient referrals and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to develop outreach materials and campaigns.
- Track outreach efforts and referral trends using CRM or tracking tools.
- Respond to inquiries from external partners and provide timely follow-up.
- Support strategic initiatives to expand service lines and geographic reach.
- Maintain knowledge of clinical offerings and communicate updates to partners.
- Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
- Provide feedback to leadership on outreach effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, or community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
