Description
MTSI is seeking Senior Systems Engineer with extensive Command and Control (C2) and operational experience to support a key joint development program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in military operations and joint C2 systems. This posting is for pipeline needs to support expected future growth. Responsibilities Lead C2‑focused systems engineering activities. Translate operational requirements into technical architectures, workflows, data flows, and system designs. Work closely with operators, commanders, and mission stakeholders to ensure solutions align with real‑world operational needs. Support integration of C2 capabilities across joint development efforts. Develop operational CONOPS, mission threads, and system-level assessments for joint kill chain and fires coordination. Provide expertise in cross‑domain operational planning, interoperability, and multi‑agency mission execution. Required Experience 18+ years of experience in systems engineering, C2 operations, or joint military mission support. Demonstrated expertise with joint C2 systems such as CJADC2, ABMS, and Joint Fires Networks. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; master’s degree preferred Required Clearance TS/SCI Preferred Experience Military background or experience supporting operational units highly preferred. The pay range for this position in is $150,000/year to $190,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
