The role:

JLL is seeking an experienced Lease Administration Client Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional lease administration services across a key account portfolio. This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, client relationship management, and technical expertise in lease administration and financial operations.

Reporting to the Director of Lease Administration, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, drive performance against KPIs, and mentor a team of Lease Administration professionals. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for lease administration performance, ensuring all client KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee all base reporting, performance metrics, compliance requirements, and lease administration operations across the account.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure Lease Administration Operations Guides, Abstractions, and RACI documents are updated in line with JLL best practices and SOC1 compliance standards.
  • Financial Management: Conduct rental and outgoings reconciliations, manage Accounts Payable vs. Accounts Receivable discrepancies, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Growth & Innovation: Drive organic growth opportunities, develop robust strategies, and contribute to cross-selling initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop Lease Administration Senior Associates and Associates, ensuring high staff retention and performance.
  • Systems & Reporting: Maintain data integrity, execute lease audits, manage document workflows, and respond to regional and global reporting requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with account directors, real estate directors, and key internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

  • University degree (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance, or Property Law) OR 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of post-graduate corporate Real Estate experience, including proven business development results.
  • Relevant Lease Administration or Finance experience in a similar leadership role with experience leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of lease administration, commercial contract interpretation, and Rent Roll reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage Accounts Payable vs. Accounts Receivable reconciliations and financial operations.
  • Exceptional relationship management and client service skills with a results-driven, 'Achiever' mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, property management systems, and data management software.
  • Innovative problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
