Perks of becoming a Rhino:

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, agentic development platforms and MCP-based tooling and integrations.
Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures.
Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments
English level of B2 or higher
Availability for Remote model based in Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit)
