Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Conduct strategic analyses using financial, operational, market, customer, and competitive data to identify business opportunities and support decision-making.
• Support the development and execution of strategic planning processes for designated business areas or functions.
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable performance objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to evaluate business performance and recommend strategic actions.
• Contribute to strategy formulation and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and corporate priorities.
• Monitor external market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to provide relevant business insights.
• Develop recommendations and long-term solutions to address strategic challenges and improve business performance.
• Support strategic risk assessment and incorporate risk considerations into planning and decision-making processes.
• Track progress against key strategic priorities and support governance and performance review activities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business cases to facilitate leadership decision-making.
  

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Commercial Excellence, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, operational, and market data.
• Experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience within multinational organizations and complex matrix environments.
• Exposure to the Flavors, Fragrances, Food Ingredients, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, or related industries.
• Experience supporting annual strategic planning, budgeting, or business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and scenario planning methodologies.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
