Our Rider Support team answers the needs of OneUp Components customers from around the world. We field questions, provide warranty support and tackle the full spectrum of customer service logistics on a global scale. Each member of our team is empowered to find solutions to riders just like them. We do what’s needed to get riders back on their bikes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Get customers back on their bikes. Use your technical bicycle knowledge and our refined processes to provide stellar support.
- Manners. Our people are impeccable in their empathy and show it through light, helpful and kind communications.
- Knowing the product. Deploy your hands-on understanding of OneUp and bicycle components so you know exactly what our customers are inquiring about and how to help.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Problem-solving passion. You find genuine satisfaction in helping people.
- Experience. A background in bike shops (service writing, mechanic) is ideal but simply knowing your bikes inside and out is a great starting point.
- Tech-savvy. You’re comfortable to work with Google Workspace, CRM software (HubSpot or similar), and you type 45+ WPM.
- Detail-oriented. You learn fast, retain technical systems, and stay organized.
- Positive attitude. You’re solution-minded, open to feedback and add energy to your environment.
- You have ongoing legal working status in Canada
WHAT TO EXPECT
This in office, Squamish based position is for 9 full-time days out of every 10; every second week you will have an extra day off. The position assumes a Monday-Friday schedule with every second Friday off.
8 hours/day with a 30-minute paid lunch break. (36h / week average), flexible hours within reason and approval. You will accrue 10 paid vacation days per year to start.
Dependent on skill set, qualifications, industry experience the compensation for this role will be in the range of $48,000 - $52,000 CAD year, paid semi-monthly.
In addition there is an annual performance bonus + fully employer-paid group health and dental insurance.
