Anesthesiologist Float Position – Maryland ASCs – Full Time

Position Requirements

Description
Looking for a Float Anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia care to patients at various ASCs throughout Maryland, as determined by NAPA’s regional leadership team. Both independent and care team model.

Total Rewards
Salary: $375K
Sign on Incentive: $50K

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: Monday- Friday No weekend, no call Flexible scheduling
• Diverse case mix.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
