Provide Administrative Event Support
Maintain and update event Planners, calendars, lists, and tracking documents to support Christian school conventions and related events. Prepare and organize materials for planning meetings, representative assignments, and workshop speakers. Attend and take notes at meetings and track follow-up actions. Research event venues and verify convention dates and logistics. Maintain records of externally assigned convention deadlines to ensure timely completion of all event requirements.
Manage Registration Processes and Event Documentation
Complete event registration requirements, including submissions, payments, and communication with event organizers. Maintain accurate digital folders and information sheets for Christian School conventions and assigned events. Assist with preparing registration packets for representatives and guests, ensuring completeness and organization. Upload, organize, and archive documents within SharePoint and internal tracking systems to ensure accessibility and compliance with documentation standards.
Compile Event Materials and Post-Event Follow-Up
Assist with assembling and distributing event and convention packets with attention to detail. Track attendance and returned evaluations to support post-event documentation. Maintain organized photo folders and ensure proper archiving of materials. Assist in compiling post-event documentation to support evaluation, reporting, and future planning efforts.
Provide Representative, Operational, and Office Support
Maintain representative personnel files and conduct regular inventory checks of books and supplies. Assist with representative needs, including managing keys, insurance documentation, and registration renewals. Assist with representative training preparation and event readiness activities. Support Abeka hosted events such as clinics and seminars, complete special projects, and maintain updated job descriptions and office manuals. Provide cross support to homeschool event functions as needed to ensure balanced coverage across operations.
