What You'll Do
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced medical equipment
Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective solutions both remotely and on-site
Work directly with healthcare professionals, providing technical guidance and support
Document service activities and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams
Collaborate with colleagues and technical experts to resolve complex issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence
What We're Looking For
Higher technical education (electronics, cryogenics, biomedical equipment)
3+ years of experience servicing high-tech equipment. Experience with medical / laboratory equipment is a plus.
Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, and troubleshooting methodologies
Understanding of computer systems, software configuration, networking, and Windows/Linux environments
Ability to read technical documentation and communicate in English
Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region up to 80 - 100% of working time
