  • Serve as a collaborative partner to the HR business community, business leaders, and various Centers of Excellence, ensuring cohesive talent strategies across the board.
  • Take charge of project management responsibilities, defining strategy, priorities, and timelines to ensure seamless execution and impactful employee experiences.

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, inclusive of graphs and tables, and keen on driving process improvements using data and analytics.
  • A strategic approach towards HR program and project management with a record of delivering results and engaging senior leadership effectively.
  • Some experience or familiarity with HR systems like Workday would be advantageous.
  • Resourceful and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction while maintaining a strong focus on business objectives.

What We'll Do for You:

  • Offer a platform to make a meaningful impact on our talent strategy and associate experiences at a global scale.
