The Clinical Support Specialist (CSS) – Flanders region, will be working in close collaboration with the Clinical Team Lead and the Account Manager and will oversee the clinical and commercial development of his/her territory.

Purpose: Drive the adoption and optimal use of J&J Electrophysiology (EP) technologies by providing expert clinical support, customer training, and education. Partner with healthcare professionals and commercial teams to enhance customer outcomes, increase technology utilization, and support business growth across the territory.

You will be responsible for:

• Deliver clinical and product training to customers, driving rapid adoption and independent use of J&J EP technologies.

• Support the introduction and implementation of innovative electrophysiology technologies across assigned accounts.

• Provide hands-on clinical support during initial procedures and follow-up activities.

• Build strong clinical and technical expertise to engage credibly with healthcare professionals.

• Partner with Clinical Team Leads and Account Managers to develop and execute account growth strategies.

• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored J&J EP solutions that improve patient care and workflow efficiency.

• Contribute to increasing product utilization and technology penetration within key accounts.

• Support customer education programs, coaching, and ongoing training initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

• Generate and share commercial insights, including potential sales opportunities and account development plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Experience working in a catheterization laboratory (cath lab) environment is considered an asset.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience working closely with physicians in a hospital or cath lab environment is considered a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Adaptable and flexible, able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong interest in medical technology and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

• Ability to interpret and understand scientific literature and clinical publications.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers and achieving business objectives.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€51,200.00 - €80,155.00
