Trail Ridge Senior Living Community | Sioux Falls, SD

$21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with weekend and holiday on-call rotation

Trail Ridge Senior Living Community is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for the residents and staff who call it home.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Complete and document work orders in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive interior and exterior environment
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday maintenance rotations

What You'll Need

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred:

• 1+ years of facility maintenance experience, ideally in senior living or a similar residential setting
• Technical certification or trade school training
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently

Pay and Benefits
