Description
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Resolve day-to-day workplace technology issues, including hardware and software faults, Microsoft Office applications, security and compliance matters, printing, and meeting room equipment.
- Work with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and related infrastructure issues.
- Support IT asset management, incident management, and change management activities.
- Relevant experience providing desktop support to internal users, including issue analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, and scanners.
- Ability to independently install computer operating systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of desktop services.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve onsite hardware issues for end users.
- Experience supporting operating systems, network access, and desktop productivity applications, including Word and Microsoft Teams.
- Working knowledge of IT asset management processes, including the procurement, receipt, allocation, and recovery of computers, network devices, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Good documentation and information-organization skills.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with macOS.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and relevant hands-on experience.
- Experience with systems such as IP telephony (IPT) and video conferencing is preferred.
- Experience with workflow automation, Microsoft Power Platform or similar automation tools, and AI tools is preferred.
- Experience in IT operations delivery management and team management is preferred.
