In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Experienced Associate to join our HR Managed Services team in Thessaloniki.
Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Ensure compliance with Labor law, social security and tax regulations
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from clients
Manage public authorities’ responsibilities and filings for the clients (Ergani II platform, Sepenet, EFKA, Taxisnet etc.)
Prepare complex reports and other deliverables for our clients
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data
Stay up to date with important matters and changes pertaining to Labor Law matters, payroll, taxes etc
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
Participate in internal committees to assist enhancement of operational mode
What you bring matters
At least one to two (1-2) years of professional experience in payroll processing or in a relevant role
BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or relevant field
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Familiarity with the ERGANI II information system and Digital Card regulations
Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SCAN) will be highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
