About Perella Weinberg Partners
Perella Weinberg Partners (NASDAQ: PWP) is a leading global independent advisory firm. We provide strategic and financial advice to clients across the most consequential decisions they face – mergers and acquisitions, activism and shareholder advisory, capital structure and liability management, capital markets, private capital and restructuring. The firm advises boards and management teams from twelve offices across five countries.
We are a partnership in structure and in culture. We compete on judgment, independence and the quality of the counsel we give, and our brand and reputation are among our most valuable assets. This role helps protect and build them.
About the Role
This role covers both investor relations and corporate communications for Perella Weinberg. On the investor relations side, you will support the Firm's engagement with the investment community — developing and communicating a clear, consistent narrative around the Firm's financial performance, strategy and long-term value creation, and partnering with senior management and finance to support earnings, investor engagement and market positioning. On the communications side, you will help develop and execute internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged, and external communications that support the business and advance and affirm the Firm's reputation.
The role reports to the Executive Director, Firm Strategy, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and works closely with the CEO's office, Finance and business leadership across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Investor relations
- Support the quarterly earnings cycle – drafting and coordinating with the finance team on the earnings release, preparing supporting materials, assembling the analyst and investor Q&A, preparing the earnings script, investor presentation, cheat sheet and peer flashes.
- Maintain the investor relations website and ensure filings, releases, presentations and governance materials are posted accurately and promptly.
- Own the investor data and surveillance workstreams: sell-side research, consensus estimates and research model comparison, peer disclosure practice, peer surveillance and metrics, shareholder register and 13F movements, Dealogic tracking, and market data analysis versus Perella Weinberg performance. Prepare summaries and stock updates for leadership.
- Help prepare materials for investor meetings, conferences and non-deal road shows and join the meetings virtually and in-person, where appropriate.
- Produce board reporting on investor sentiment, register movements and market performance; manage the firm's investor relations vendors and platforms; and support acquisition-related investor materials.
- Support firm-level strategic initiatives alongside Strategy team – including competitor and peer analysis, market positioning work and internal strategy materials.
- Contribute to the integration and positioning communications associated with acquisitions and new business lines.
Corporate and executive communications
- Draft firmwide communications on behalf of the CEO and senior leadership, including emails, town hall scripts, video remarks and employee engagement content.
- Draft and prepare press releases, including senior hire and promotion announcements, transaction announcements and corporate news.
- Prepare talking points, briefing notes and Q&A documents for CEO and senior leadership media appearances, industry conferences and internal forums.
- Maintain the corporate communications calendar and coordinate with Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Technology and Finance on the timing, sequencing and content of firmwide messaging.
- Support the review and approval of external communications and collateral for copy, factual accuracy and disclosure, including banker marketing emails and conference presentations, and manage the release of internal transaction announcements. Partner with Marketing & Design for production of collateral.
- Support the preparation of materials for internal leadership forums, including monthly Partner calls.
Media relations
- Support the management of inbound media inquiries and maintain day-to-day relationships with journalists and, where applicable, external agency partners (FGS Global and Image7).
- Track and report coverage of the firm, its people and its transactions, and maintain a coverage log with a regular summary for leadership.
- Help maintain crisis and issues-management materials, including holding statements and escalation protocols, and support their use when needed.
- Coordinate television, print and podcast interviews for senior leadership alongside the Firm's agencies, and help maintain an executive positioning plan
Digital, brand and content
- Own copy and content for the corporate website, and partner with Marketing & Design for visual content and external brand agency where applicable.
- Own the firm's intranet content, its day-to-day maintenance and support ongoing refreshes.
- Manage the firm's LinkedIn presence – owning the content calendar, writing copy and proactively proposing content, with video and creative assets produced by Marketing & Design. LinkedIn is a formally designated channel for firm disclosure, so this carries real accountability and a defined approval workflow.
- Own firm boilerplate and factual assertions, so that headcount, office count, transaction credentials and firm descriptions are consistent across recruiting, the website, IR materials and pitch collateral.
- Manage partner and employee biographies and headshots and maintain the firm's Wikipedia entry and other external reference sources.

What Success Looks Like in the First Year
The investor relations operating rhythm – earnings materials, Dealogic, peer surveillance, consensus tracking and board reporting – is running without gaps by the second quarter in seat. The earnings cycle runs on a repeatable calendar with materials prepared to a consistent standard. The firm's external voice is consistent and factually reliable – boilerplate, credentials and firm descriptions agree across every channel. Internal communications become a managed program with a predictable rhythm, rather than a series of one-off requests. The strategy team has a reliable partner for competitive and positioning analysis, and the communications agenda is visibly informed by it.
The annualized base salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000
