JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Graphic Design.
EXPERIENCE: One year of experience preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Knowledge in key areas of marketing (artificial intelligence, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM). Experience with the following is a plus: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
MAJOR JOB TASKS:
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions by evaluating project objectives and determining appropriate layouts, typography, imagery, sizing, styles, and other design elements.
- Coordinate the development, production, and implementation of graphical content across websites, print media, social media, magazines, product materials, displays, and other platforms.
- Produce videos, photography, animated graphics, and other multimedia content to support organizational communications and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions and contribute creative ideas that support organizational objectives.
- Prioritize multiple projects, meet established deadlines, and provide regular status updates to management.
- Coordinate projects with outside consultants, agencies, printers, photographers, illustrators, designers, and internal staff to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Maintain current knowledge of graphic design practices, emerging trends, technology, artificial intelligence, and industry best practices.
- Develop marketing campaigns, online promotions, social media and email content to increase brand awareness and promote company services; provide support for website content, SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and provide information and recommendations to support marketing decisions; establish relationships with public and private organizations and identify community, business, and partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed.
In addition, other duties of equal or lesser skill may be assigned by the designated supervisor to meet emergencies or other operating needs.

EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS:
- Establish and manage business relationships with public and private organizations.
- Community and business outreach including identification of potential opportunities and partnerships.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Operates standard office equipment including, but not limited to, personal computer, copier, calculator, and computer printer. Must have valid driver's license without violation, which would prohibit insurability.
- Must be able to give, receive and analyze information, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action plans. Requires ability to effectively present information, orally and written, and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public. Must be able to prepare paperwork with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Requires ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- This position is performed in an office environment; some irregular hours may be required. Normal workweek is 40 hours but must be available for emergency situations. Occasional travel for training may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position mainly requires sitting to complete work with a computer and telephone. Some walking and standing are also required, as well as occasional lifting and/or carrying and/or pushing/pulling of various items less than 50 pounds. Visual and audio acuity is essential to this position.
