RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Intake and Coordination
- Review signed business orders, MDU agreements, and approved handoffs to confirm scope, contacts, site, billing information, target dates, and approvals are complete; work with Sales and stakeholders to resolve gaps before the project proceeds.
- Scale coordination to project complexity — moving straightforward business installs efficiently while building full project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking for complex business, enterprise, ICB, and MDU projects.
- Confirm technical requirements, serviceability, and site/property readiness, including access, equipment needs, and, for MDU properties, building/phase scope and unit vs. common-area work.
- Coordinate the work of Sales, Field Services, Customer Support, Technical Support, OSP, Construction, Billing, Engineering, Dispatch and Scheduling, Network Operations, vendors, customers, and property owners or managers as required.
- Track site surveys, design/engineering needs, construction and OSP dependencies, scheduling, installation, testing, activation, and closeout through completion — by property, building, and unit for MDU projects.
- Identify incomplete information, aging tasks, unclear ownership, and delay risk; follow up or escalate when commitments are at risk.
- Confirm completed work is tested, documented, accurately reflected in company systems, and ready for correct billing.
- Serve as the proactive, primary point of contact, setting clear expectations on timing, responsibilities, risks, and next steps.
- Document decisions, commitments, approvals, and open actions, translating technical and operational detail into clear, customer-facing updates.
- Route customer and property questions, concerns, and escalations to the responsible team and see them through to resolution.
- Confirm installation, activation, testing, documentation, communication, and billing readiness before closing a project.
- Deliver a clear handoff summary to the designated internal account owner, including installed services, contacts, commitments, documentation, and any remaining open items.
- Identify the customer's ongoing internal point of contact for post-installation service, repair, billing, or account needs; close the project record only after documentation and handoff are complete.
- Help develop and maintain checklists, order-review standards, milestone definitions, communication templates, and closeout requirements.
- Maintain accurate order records, status updates, issue logs, and recurring project reports; correct documentation gaps and keep commitments visible to responsible teams.
- When workload permits, support related Business Operations and Service Delivery activities (order validation, readiness review, scheduling, status cleanup, billing verification) and recommend practical process improvements.
- Follow company policies, quality and service-level standards, and confidentiality practices; perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, organization, sound judgment, and willingness to learn; ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines at once.
- Strong verbal and written communication, listening, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills; comfort learning new systems and technical concepts. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 expected.
- Ability to work independently within established processes, accept coaching, and drive follow-through across teams without direct reporting authority.
