Senior / Staff Analyst Traffic Management

The Senior / Staff Analyst,

Traffic Management is responsible for analyzing and optimizing outbound

logistics and transportation operations through data-driven insights,

performance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. This role supports

supply chain efficiency by developing KPI dashboards, automating reports,

evaluating logistics service provider performance, and identifying

opportunities to reduce costs and improve service levels. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Analyze outbound logistics performance , including transit times, service levels, and freight costs, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.  Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, automated reports, and analytics tools to enhance visibility and support business decision-making.  Monitor and evaluate logistics service provider performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.  Lead and support digitalization, automation, and system enhancement projects to streamline logistics processes and improve productivity.  Leverage data analytics, predictive insights, and AI-driven solutions to optimize logistics operations, support forecasting, and improve overall supply chain performance. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operation Management, Business, or a related field.  Min. 1-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.  Experience in data analytics, reporting, automation, and digitalization, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools.  Strong project and stakeholder management skills , with a passion for leveraging technology and AI to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
