About the Role:Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting senior leaders and helping teams operate at their best? As an Executive Assistant within Roswell Park's Information Technology (IT) department, you'll play a key role in supporting executive leadership and helping drive the day-to-day operations that enable technology teams to serve the organization effectively.
This position goes beyond traditional administrative support. You'll serve as a trusted partner to senior IT leaders, helping manage priorities, coordinate communications, maintain confidential information, and ensure business operations run smoothly. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to anticipate needs will directly contribute to the success of both the IT department and the organization as a whole.

The starting annual salary for this position is $67,119 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Information Technology department
Manage calendars, correspondence, documents, records, and files with accuracy and discretion
Serve as a primary point of contact by answering calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries
Coordinate and distribute communications, reports, presentations, and other materials
Support meetings, projects, and departmental initiatives by helping keep priorities on track
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment
Collaborate with leaders, staff, and cross-functional teams across the organization
Help streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Adapt to changing priorities and support the evolving needs of executive leadership
Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented office environment

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience1. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or
2. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.
NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
