Brand Occasion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Brand Occasion Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Brand Manager to develop national marketing programs for occasion-based initiatives that are compelling, relevant, and on-brand, while identifying high-impact opportunities to drive overall brand performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Training, and other key stakeholders to execute occasion-focused campaigns and initiatives
• Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to develop and enhance program recommendations
• Partner with the marketing team to deliver consistent, impactful, and engaging occasion-focused content across all channels
• Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure alignment across programs, campaigns, and key business priorities
• Support the broader marketing team with operational and project-related needs, including task coordination, asset organization, and invoice processing
• Ensure brand standards and occasion-focused programs are effectively communicated and consistently executed across all touchpoints

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related role, preferably within hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Strong desire to learn, develop and grow within the Brand Marketing field
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with agency partners and cross-functional team members
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Passion for the restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality industry, with a strong customer-centric focus
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and accountable, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving business objectives
• Experience with Asana or other project management software is a plus

Location: 

This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. Candidates must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
