Role Overview
3C RGH is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex electrical equipment and energy infrastructure projects in Hong Kong.
Working closely with Project Managers, Systems Engineers, and Site Technicians, the successful candidate will own the day-to-day coordination of project activities—ensuring high-voltage machinery, control assemblies, and custom energy systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to strict contract specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Contract Admin (40%):
- Support Project Managers in defining scope, setting project schedules, and monitoring execution milestones.
- Assist in managing contract variations, Extensions of Time (EOT), and cash flow tracking.
- Expedite suppliers, internal production teams, and site subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence.
- Oversee project closeouts through to Practical Completion and handle post-installation customer queries.
- Client & Stakeholder Management (30%):
- Serve as a key operational point of contact for external clients, main contractors, and internal engineering divisions.
- Organize, facilitate, and document regular project progress meetings and technical workshops.
- Communicate variations, engineering changes, and timeline adjustments clearly to stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting (10%):
- Maintain comprehensive, compliant project records (meeting minutes, action logs, variation requests, safety sign-offs).
- Prepare monthly progress, financial, and risk reports for business management.
- Process & HSEQ Compliance (20%):
- Uphold strict health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards across all project operations.
- Assist in continuous process improvement and systems digitalisation using enterprise systems (ERP/MRP).
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, site execution, or contract support within M&E, electrical engineering, high-voltage infrastructure, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
- Technical Understanding: Working knowledge or familiarity with electrical equipment (e.g., switchgear, transformers, substations, control panels, or energy storage systems) is highly preferred.
- Systems & Software: Hands-on experience with MS Project and enterprise ERP/MRP systems for cost control, purchasing, and expediting.
- Commercial Capabilities: Strong ability to read contract documents, manage variations/EOTs, and operate within strict budgetary constraints.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
