- Present and promote our employee benefits solutions to prospective clients
- Service accounts to ensure long-term success and retention

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in employee benefits sales or a related insurance field

- Knowledge of employee benefits products, industry trends, and compliance requirements

Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): preferred
· Successful sales and management record in the insurance industry
· Must possess good computer skills and the willingness to use technology.
· Appropriate agent's licenses are required
· Willing and able to travel as necessary and to attend conventions and other industry meetings if so instructed. Industry specific technical education. Willingness for continued education and professional development is essential.
