Davies are looking to recruit a Planning and Support Administrator to join our Motor Engineering team in Bolton . Joining Davies as a Planning and Support Administrator means that you’ll be the planning our engineers routes, booking inspections and supporting customers. So, you’ll need to be a great communicator, well organised and dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service.

What will your day look like:
- Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
- Arranging inspections with customers
- Dealing with queries from customers, insurance companies and repair garages both via e-mail and the telephone.
- Data inputting and accepting new jobs onto database
- Route planning for field engineers
- Ensuring work is performed within SLA
