The Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a full-time Motility-Trained Gastroenterologist to join our nationally recognized team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, located in the heart of Philadelphia.Job Description
- Provide expert care for patients with complex esophageal, gastric, and intestinal motility disorders
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of gastroenterologists, surgeons, radiologists, and speech pathologists
- Participate in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and innovation in motility diagnostics and therapeutics
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, including those in Jefferson’s GI fellowship program
- Contribute to Jefferson’s academic mission through scholarly activity and publications
Qualifications:
- Board-certified (or board-eligible) in Gastroenterology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Gastroenterology
- Advanced motility training and experience in managing complex motility disorders
- Eligible for or currently holding a Pennsylvania medical license
