Tax Intern

SLB Indonesia is looking for a Tax Intern, to be located in Jakarta.

A mentor, a manager, a team leader with technical mastery in your area of study will give you best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice in all day-to-day tax related transactions in Indonesia. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of finance and Taxation.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, proactive and work well in teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gain practical understanding of all Tax reporting practices and the need to comply with relevant laws and regulations
• Provide administrative support to Tax compliance team
• Assist in Balance sheet reporting and reconciliation
• Assist in reconciliation between ledger and tax returns
• Support in various ad-hoc tasks
• Propose process improvements when required
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Final year student or fresh graduate bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Fiscal, Economics or related discipline
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI)
• Data Analysis
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
