You show up, own the floor, hit the number, and move on to your next gig. Perfect for established beauty pros who love the buzz of a live event.

What you'll be doing:
- Turning up the energy and driving sales toward big event goals
- Running the event playbook — GWPs, TOAs, and the star focus of each activation — like a pro
- Making every client feel like the event was built for them
- Getting the whole store team hyped and selling right alongside you
- Repping top national beauty brands and making them shine
You'll crush this if you:
- Know prestige beauty and have the sales numbers to prove it
- Live for beauty events and know how to create a moment on the floor
- Run your own game — give you a goal and you'll find the way there
- Can lock in for the full set of dates above
- Have reliable transportation to the retailer locations
The good stuff:
- Independent contractor (1099) project — you invoice, you handle your own taxes, you stay your own boss
- $200 per event day ($33/hour), paid when the project wraps
